How much cashback will I earn?
Bronze, Silver and Gold members earn 2.5% cashback on eligible purchases — £1 for every £40 spent. VIP members earn 5% — £1 for every £20 spent. Your wallet shows your available balance.
How do I use my cashback?
You can redeem from £5. Open your Rewards Wallet, choose how much to redeem and use your reward code at checkout on a future purchase.
Can I combine cashback with a discount?
Cashback cannot be combined with other product or order discounts, including your membership tier discount. Choose the benefit you want to use for that order.
Where can I see my balance and tier?
Open your Rewards Wallet and sign in using the same email address you use to shop. You’ll find your cashback balance, rewards and membership details there.
Is the first-order discount cashback?
No. The 10% first-order discount is a welcome benefit for new customers. Cashback is a separate reward that you build up and redeem towards a future purchase.
