HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?
Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you'll be given the option to return or exchange your items.
UK Returns
We offer free UK returns when selecting an exchange or store credit.
If you choose store credit, you’ll receive a digital gift card with a 10% bonus added — giving you more to spend on your next order.
If you choose a refund, a £3.50 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.
International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Summary:
• Free UK returns → Exchange or store credit (+10% Bonus)
• UK refunds → £3.50 deducted from refund total
• International returns → Customer covers return postage
