RETURNS POLICY

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund, or up to 30 days to return your item for an exchange or store credit.

Choosing store credit also gives you a 10% bonus added to your gift card, giving you more to spend on your next order.

If an order is reported as lost or stolen and a replacement order has been issued, any subsequent return of the replacement item/s will be eligible for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued in this circumstance.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Tags still attached
• Returned in the original packaging
• In a clean, resalable condition

All returned items go through a strict inspection process.

If tags have been removed, or the item shows signs of being worn, washed, or damaged, the return may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Faulty items must be reported and returned to us within 30 days of delivery for assessment. Items returned outside of this 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper washing, or failure to follow the garment care instructions will not be considered a manufacturing fault.

All faulty items are subject to inspection by our team before any remedy is approved.


RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless selecting free UK exchange or store credit via the returns portal.


PROCESSING TIMES

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 7–14 days for it to be inspected and processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (where applicable).


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear
• Socks
• Hats / Caps
