Duties & Taxes
EU and US orders: duties and taxes are prepaid by us, with no additional import charges on delivery. Other international destinations may incur local import duties or taxes payable by the customer.
Delivery Preferences
Parcels require a signature. If you redirect delivery to a safe place, neighbour or alternative address, you accept responsibility once delivered according to your chosen preference. Dispatch may take longer during launches, sales and peak periods.
