You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund, or up to 30 days to return for an exchange or store credit.

UK RETURNS

We offer free UK returns when selecting an exchange or store credit.

If you choose a refund, a £3.50 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Overview

UK orders are shipped via DPD and InPost.
International orders are shipped via FedEx.

Duty & VAT for EU and US orders are pre-paid by us, meaning there are no additional charges on delivery. Orders shipped outside these regions may be subject to local customs duties and VAT.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed on a UK Bank Holiday Monday will be dispatched the following working day.
