TO RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT:

RETURN POLICY

  •  30 Day Returns - items must be returned within 30 days after arrival
  • Item/s must not have been worn, still have tags, in the original packaging & in a resellable condition
  • Every item sent back to us will go through a strict return inspection. If the tags have been removed and the item appears worn/dirty the return will be rejected and the item either returned back to the customer or the customer will be offered a gift card for the value.
  • Returns postage is covered by customer
  • Please allow up to 7-14 days for returns to be processed
  • Underwear and Socks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons 

Please ensure all returns are sent via recorded/signed delivery, we will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused during the return of goods



HOW TO RETURN 

  • Fill in the return/exchange form - CLICK HERE to download the returns form
  • Send the item or items along with the paperwork to the address provided at the bottom of the form
  • Please make sure you keep a record of the return tracking number
  • The cost of the return is covered by the customer
